Only one mobility aid per booking. If you need more than one mobility aid, please email us at accessibility@excel.london

One day

Mobility aids can only be reserved for one day, rental times are subject to the event hours on the day of collection.

No fee

We do not charge fees for the hire of mobility aids, they are provided free-of-charge. For our full terms and conditions of hire please see here.

Photo ID

During this process you will need to upload Photo ID, the same ID must be presented to our team on the day of collection.
